Hey all! I know it's been a long time since I have made a post! I have plan working full-time, going to school and planning a wedding, plus my "normal" amount of coaching. So sorry but it just doesn't leave a lot of time for blogging. So what is my first blog about.... the Divergent movie of course! It is set to hit theaters in late March and I am so excited. If you remember I posted about the book series in my book review column but the movie was just in the beginning phases... they didn't even have a Four casted yet. Well let me tell you that I am thrilled by their pick! I also did review on the show 'Golden Boy' that I was very sad to see get the ax.... well Four is that leading man.. Theo James. That just made the movie that much better for me. Just tell me how you can't look at this for an hour and a half and not be disappointed.
So yeah... Anyways, there is the casting of Tris Prior that we knew about before as Shailene Woodley (Secret life of an American Teenager). I wasn't thrilled about this at first but she has grown on me for the character and after seeing some of the trailers for the movie I think she will do pretty good. I also think these two will share the screen very well. Some of the other stars in the movie are Kate Winslet (Jeanine Matthews), Maggie Q (Tori), Miles Teller (Peter), Ashley Judd (Natalie Prior), Ansel Elgort (Caleb Prior), Tony Goldwyn (Andrew Prior), Jai Courtney (Eric), Ray Stevenson (Marcus Eaton), Mekhi Phifer (Max) and Zoe Kravitz (Christina).
