The Voice Knockout Round
Tonight was the first night of knock out rounds. Two people are paired up again but they get to sing their own choice in song. Then the coach picks the winner and they move on the live show- loser goes home. Tonight Team Adam and Team Shakira were up:
First up was Team Adam's Midas Whale and Amber were paired together. Amber sang "I'm With You" and Midas Whale sang "Higher Ground". Amber did do much better with this song than the battle rounds. Neither was amazing though. Adam picked Amber.
Team Shakira's Garrett and Tawnya. Garrett sings "Too Close" and Tawnya sings "Hell on Heels". Little surprised on the outcome of this one. Shakira picks Garrett to move on to the live shows.
Team Adam's Amy and Caroline were paired. Now remember Caroline was stolen by Adam from Team Blake. Both did but Adam decides to go with Caroline.
Team Shakira's Kris and Mary. Kris sings "What a Wonderful World" and Mary sang "Every Breath You Take". Mary did pretty good with her own twist on the song but Kris is just so powerful and commanding with his voice. Kris is the winner.
Team Adam's Judith and Orlando. Judith sings a Willie Nelson song and Orlando sings a KC and JoJo song. Judith of course beats Orlando... poor guy didn't have a chance.
Back to Shakira's team with Monique and Karina. Monique sings "The Power of Love" and Karina sings "Are You Gonna Go My Way". Two totally different genres that didn't mesh well so its hard to compare. In the end Shakira went with Karina.
Team Adam's last pairing was Sarah and Warren. Sarah sang "Wild Horses" and Warren sang "Died in Your Arms Tonight. Warren did okay but not great... like Sarah. She has just a unique voice. Adam went with Sarah.
Team Shakira's final pairing was Sasha and Shauna P. Sasha sang "At Last" and Shauna sang "Maybe I'm Amazed". Sasha sings lights out! Shauna P. did well also but not up to par that Sasha did. Shakira goes with Sasha.
Tomorrow is a special two hour episode with Team Blake and Team Usher's knockouts.

Revenge Episode 19- "Identity"
Revenge was finally back after almost a month off. This episode was called "Identity".
We start off with Emily narrotive like every beginning episode and we see that she stayed with Daniel. Jack and Ashley start their plot against Conrad. Emily goes to get Nolan from his acquittal and the press hound him. Once back to Emily's they decide that they will work to find out who "The Falcon" is.
Aiden, Nolan and Emily go through some old videos she has about her fathers case and they also try to find out what hospital Victoria had her baby at that The Falcon helped cover up. They find out because of the fact that The Falcon puts his name in all of his work some where. They send the document to Victoria with forgery stamped over it.
Jack is still being distant with Emily- Emily also sees Ashley at Jacks with baby Carl.
Back at Emily's, Nolan and her talk about Padma. Emily keeps trying to tell him that this isn't his fault- that The Falcon and the Grayson's are responsible. While talking The Falcon reaches out to them trying to figure out who sent the forgery document. The Falcon now knows that it is Nolan but not that Emily is involved. They agree to meet up to defend a game title! (dorks) at a local video arcade.
Back at Daniels office, we find out that Mr. Takeda is back in town! Didn't see that coming. Aiden seems surprised to see him. They talk in Japanese for a moment in front of Daniel. Aiden ask if they are finished that he would like to take his old boss (Takeda) out for a drink. While they have a drink, Takeda tells Aiden his emotional feelings for Emily are getting in the way of her mission. Aiden tells him that after he killed a man that killed his sister he realized it wasn't worth it. He says he will finish this for Emily without anymore casualties and walks out on Takeda.
At the video arcade Nolan finds out that The Falcon is a woman. Nolan wants information and she isn't willing to give it up. They decide to play for it. Nolan wins the game. The Falcon leaves but knowing that Nolan tells her to help or her hacker reputation is ruined. Man the dork world is so intimidating!
Jack spies on Conrad to see who he is meeting up with. With Ashley's help we find out that the woman he just left with is the Governor's wife.
At the Grayson's there is a news crew there to interview Conrad- which of course means everyone is going to be interview... including Emily. During the interview, wedding bells are brought up. Emily says you can never be sure about the future but nothing would be greater than joining the Grayson family. This is overhead as Jack watches and is so unhappy with the statement that he walks out. Later when Emily calls Jack, he lets her know that he no longer wants Emily to be Carl's Godmother. Next up is Conrad and Victoria and of course the baby topic comes up. Victoria admits that she had a baby and gave the baby up for adoption to enroll in an European art school. She walks off the set after. The Falcon (Edith) calls Nolan right after this to ask how he got the information since the only copy was on her computer. The junk drive Nolan gave her had some top notch stuff that hacked her computer and that how he got it. He also releases her picture and turns her in to the FBI.
The fall out after the interview has Emily and Nolan talk over the phone. Daniel shows up at Emily's door. He apologizes for putting Emily on the spot about the wedding bell thing- BUT he also gives her a choice as he gives her the ring back. If she choices to put it on then he knows her answer but he doesn't want to go down the same path as they previous did. He wants it to work this time. Ashley gets back on Conrad's good side. Victoria shows up at Nolan's office. She offers him his company back if he helps her find her first born son. Emily goes to see Aiden and tells him about Daniel giving her the ring back. Aiden tells her to marry Daniel and take the family down so she can come back to him after this is all over.
Next week starts the stretch for for the season finale. Seems to be getting juicy. Tune in next week.

Arrow- Episode 20- "Home Invasion"
Arrow returned this week with an all new episode. Episode 20, "Home Invasion" is about
Digg looking for Dead Shot and about Olive keeping Laurel and a little boy safe.
Laurel is getting ready to represent a case involving a husband and wife and their son who had all their life savings stripped by a business man named Edward Rasmus. Rasmus sends a hitman to kill the family but the son gets away. The next morning Laurel decides that she will take the boy until his grandparents get into town. That means that the hitman will now be coming after Laurel to get to the boy because the boy saw his face. The hitman shows up at Laurels and tries to kill everyone there. Laurel gets a shot gun but it jams. Just as the hitman is about to shoot Laurel, Olive (Arrow) busts in through the window to say her. Tommy decides that it would be a good/safe idea to go to Olivers to stay- reluctantly Laurel's father agrees.
Meanwhile Digg finds out about a sting to bring Dead Shot in. Him and Olive come up with a plan to make sure he isn't brought in but that he is killed... by them. Only problem, when Olive is suppose to met Digg for the sting he finds out that Rasmus is trying to leave the country. He decides to go after him. By doing so, he leave Digg by himself. Dead Shot figures out that it is sting and sets up camp to kill all agents that are undercover. Digg saves his old work/flame buddy before she is shot and then goes after Dead Shot. Him and Dead Shot have a physical fight but Dead Shot gets him when he points two guns at him. Warns him that he will kill him just like he did his brother and knocks him out with the gun barrel. When Oliver gets back to the club he finds Digg with Felicity fixing his wound. Digg will never forgive Oliver and says "we're done".
The hitman tracks down Laurel and the boy at Oliver's house. He starts shooting anybody around him. Oliver puts Tommy and Laurel in the room with the boy and shuts the door and breaks the lock. Oliver fights with the hitman and in the end kills him. He tell detective Lance that one of the body guards killed the hitman before he died while saving Oliver's life. Tommy tells Oliver he can't be with Laurel knowing that Oliver is still in love with her- And if she knew that truth about Oliver she would chose him.
At the end of the episode after the grandparents have picked up the boy, Tommy tells Laurel that he isn't up for this kind of serious relationship. Laurel questions him and doesn't believe his answers. Of course he is lying but it is the only thing he can tell her to get her to leave him alone.
Other things that happen in this episode are Thea and Roy decide to find out who the hood is. In the flashbacks we see a relationship forming between Olive and Shado on the island. The last flashback we get shown Yao Fei entering the plane, Shado is thrilled to see him, but he informs him that he didn't escape and that he didn't come alone. Many soldier swarm the plane with guns pointed.
All new episode next week. Can the relationship between Oliver and Digg be fixed? Will Thea and Roy get close to finding out that Oliver is the hood. And what will happen with Laurel now?? Tune in next week.

The Voice Battle Rounds- Episode 4
Final night of the battle rounds were Wednesday. I'd say that they left some good ones for the end.
First up we have Team Shakira's Brandon and Shawna P. They sing Janis Joplin "Take Another Piece of My Heart". It starts off a little sloppy but they bring it back together and it gets better. This battle could have gone either way but Shakira ends up picking Shawna P.
Next up is Team Adam's Duncan and Sarah. They sing Lady Antebellum's "I Wanted You More". Now I am a big fan of both of these two and I wish they could both advance. They did an awesome job! In the end Adam goes with Sarah.
In a quick flash Team Usher is up with Michelle and Chelsea. They sing "Titanium". Usher picks Michelle.
Team Adam was next with Amy and Agina, singing "Heartbreaker". Adam chose Amy.
Team Blake was last in the flash forward with Justin and the Morgan Sisters singing "Easy" by Rascal Flatts. Blake picks Justin! And all the coaches agree even though the Morgan Sisters are great.
Last battle of the night and the battle rounds is Team Shakira's Mary and Cathia. They sing a Shakira song from her Latin album. They both do great even though I have no idea what they are singing. Shakira goes with Mary.
But Usher finally uses his last steal of the show. He steals Cathia.
Tune in next week for the Knockout rounds! Watch Monday night at 8pm!

The Voice Battle Rounds Episode 3
First up is Team Usher's Vedo and Jessica were up first for the
night. They sang Bruno Mars "Locked Out of Heaven". Big opening
performance for the night, very entertaining. Usher decides to go with Vedo.
The second battle of the night was Team Shakira's Luke and Monique
and even better than the first in my opinion. These two sang Lady Gaga. Monique
really does an amazing job and kicks this songs butt but Luke also shocks
everyone. Shakira goes with Monique.
Next up is team Blake's Savannah and Jackie. They sing
"Little White Church" by Little Big Town. This was an okay
performance but not anything amazing. It was nice to see both of the girls grow
as artist. In the end this battle went to Savannah.
As
C. Perkins is saying goodbye to the coaches he gets to Usher and Usher pushes
his button for the steal. Welcome to Team Usher C. Perkins.
Golden Boy Episode 10- "Sacrifice"
New episode of Golden Boy this week. One of the four remaining for this season right now.
The Case- The death of a missing teenager model hopeful. The reporter that Clark is seeing writes a story about the wanted suspect and confirms the source is creditable and everyone assume that Clark was the leak but he didn't tell her anything. Clark assumes Arroyo did it. They end up catching the suspect, Neil before he leaves the city. While Owen and Clark are talking to the suspect about the victims mother, Arroyo interrupts and draws the attention away from the suspect and the father shows up at the same time. The father tries to shoot Neil and Clark runs and tackles him but he still fires off two shots. No one is harmed though. Arroyo gives no respect to Clark for saving his life and risking his own to drive after the father shooting. The guys figure out where they think the victim was killed. They bring Neil to the scene of the crime to try and get him to break and admit what he did. Neil finally admits to the crime.
Character Stories- Clark continues to see the reporter Margot knowing who she was previously married to (well still married to actually- haven't signed the papers yet). Arroyo sees them talking at the scene of the crime and suspects something is up and asks Owen about it. Arroyo pushing to find out who leaked the information to the newspaper. He meets with Margot and see tells him that it came from anonymous email and they couldn't trace it. Arroyo figures out that who it is and meets with him. It is the Deputy Mayor.... also known as Margo's future ex-husband. We learn the McKenzie may be seeing a new guy and Arroyo isn't to pleased about it. Arroyo in his own way apologizes to Clark. At the end of the episode Clark and Margot make up but our good friend the Deputy Mayor is watching on.
In the flash forward we see Clark making a statement at a parole hearing. At the end of the episode we find out that it is for his father. He suggest that they throw away the key and that it should have been done a long time ago. It just so happens that this episode Agnus begins to push the issue of their father and about getting him in their lives again.

Vampire Diaries Episode 19- "Pictures of You"
Vampire Diaries was finally back with a new episode this Thursday, which thank god!
The opening scene we get to see Jeremy back!! So cool, right? Anyways he helps Bonnie in her dreams. We should have known something was up because Bonnie was at Jeremy's grave and he doesn't have one because Elena burn the house down and then turned off her humanity right away.
Elijah tells Rebecca that he will give her the cure if she goes a whole day without using vampire powers. This should be interesting...
Then we get into the prom part of the episode. First off, Elena steals Caroline's dress. Stefan and Damon think taking Elena to prom will help bring back the humanity side and see what life used to be like when she had feelings. Bonnie is shocked to see how Elena truly is gone and Matt is having a hard time excepting it too. Stefan and Damon both take their turn trying to make Elena remember things from the past but she isn't falling for it. Rebecca asks Matt if he thinks she will be a good human. His response... "I've never seen you do a good thing, so no I don't think you will be a good human." Ouch! that one stung.
Caroline shows up in a dress from Klaus. Something from the family collection- which looks amazing. Rebecca wants April to swing the vote so she can be Prom Queen without compelling her. Elena threatens April to do it and Rebecca yells at her. Elena's quote reminds Rebecca about the time she compelled Elena, Stefan and Caroline at the school and made Tyler turn- letting her know she isn't a good person and she can't win Prom Queen if she opens her mouth and to let Elena do the work.
Elijah gives Klaus the white oak stake that Rebecca gave him.
Back at prom Bonnie realize she is seeing Jeremy because Silas is pretending to be him. She informs the group and Rebecca and Elena overhear. Matt and Bonnie win Prom King and Queen. Realizing they can't kill someone who they don't know what they look like, Elena realize that Silas needs Bonnie to do the spell. She tells Rebecca if you can't kill Silas- kill who Silas needs... Bonnie. Rebecca says she can't kill her because she can't be a vampire today and Elena says that's fine but she can kill her!
Tyler shows up at this house to see Caroline. They have a sweet moment together.
Back at prom Silas pretends to be Stefan and stabs Damon, telling him to leave Elena alone. Silas also informs Damon that Stefan is in the woods somewhere because he made Stefan believe that he was Damon also. Elena finds Bonnie and of course tells her she needs to stop being a problem and attempts to kill her. Bonnie does her magic stuff and puts Elena down but also sends a lot of wind into the crowd and breaks some lights and takes off. April walks in and asks Matt and Elena what is going on and Elena turns around and knocks April out and bites her neck for not making Rebecca Prom Queen. Matt is left holding onto April hoping she isn't dead. Matt ask Rebecca to help save Aprils life. While Bonnie is trying to leave Elena attacks her and wants to kill her. Elena gets sick from Bonnie's blood and Bonnie then starts hurting Elena. Stefan and Damon talk Bonnie down before she kills Elena. Stefan and Damon then stab Elena with vervain. Matt thanks Rebecca for saving Aprils life and swears he won't tell anyone that she used her vampire powers.... But Klaus sees everything while he waits in the background. While Klaus is telling Rebecca that she will tell Elijah herself what she did BUT back home Elijah is talking to someone that looks like Rebecca! He gives that person the cure... that person is Silas pretending to be Rebecca!
The episode finishes with Klaus seeing Tyler at the house as he was trying to leave. He gives him 5 seconds to go before he rips his heart out. Stefan and Damon put Elena in the dungeon. Klaus comes home to find a letter from Katherine about a witch plotting against him in New Orleans. Bonnie does a spell to find where Silas is hiding and goes to find him. They have conversation and Silas barely shows his face to her because it is very scared by Bonnie's ancestor.
Next week we head to New Orleans to see the back door pilot of "The Originals". Let me know your thoughts on the episode.

Golden Boy- Episode 9 "Atonement"
Episode 9- "Atonement"
This weeks episode has a few different things going on around the case and the character interactions. Most this episode surrounds Clark and the return of Natasha.
The case- The death of a priest, who was stabbed numerous times. A blood trail leads them to find Natasha. Those of you who don't remember, Natasha was in episode 2. She got caught stealing by Clark and offered up the knowledge of knowing where a dead body was to get an easier sentence on her crime. Arroyo also hit her to force information out of her. Everyone but Clark pretty much believes she is good for the crime. She does everything she can to convince them she didn't do it. Clark believes her and while she is suppose to be transported her decides to follow a lead she gave him with her. She is separated from him with the new suspect. Once Clark and the team track her down with the suspect he forces her into a truck and drives off. Clark follows and watches the suspect shoot Natasha in the truck and dump her. Clark stops to save her. They end up using her phone Clark gave her to track where the tuck is. They find the suspect and he admits to killing the priest. Natasha as of now made it out of surgery and is still alive.
The character stories- Clark's sister Agnus continues to search for their mother. She asks McKenzie for help tracking her phone. McKenzie says she doesn't feel comfortable looking into the family business without Clark knowing. McKenzie tells her this is the last favor she will do for Agnus. Agnus ends up tracking her mother to a hotel on the lower end of the city where she works as some kind of janitor gig. She tells Agnus she felt bad telling her about the music gig and not being able to follow through with it and then even more embarrassed about her job so she went into hiding to avoid Agnus; something Clark warned Agnus about. Clark continues to see the newspaper writer and next week this stories comes into play about Clark looking like he leaked information to her for an article.
Let me know you thoughts on the episode. Will Clark get in trouble for what he did with taking Natasha with him on that lead? Will she survive that gun shot since we know that she dies at some point from the previous flash forward from episode 2?

The Voice Battle Rounds- Episode 2
Second night of the battle rounds were Tuesday.
The show started off with Warren and Michael with Team Adam. The sang Jason Aldean - My Kind of Party. This is Adam's country singer show down. They did okay, sorry to admit it but neither one of these guys is going to be The Voice no matter who wins. Personal opinion, I think Michael out sang Warren. The winner of this battle was Warren.
Next up, Jeff and Josiah from Team Usher. The pretty boy competition. This is the battle that made headlines for Usher getting after the guys for laughing at rehearsals, saying "what's funny." Kind of a boring battle- no real muscle to the song. To me this battle was vocal (Jeff) vs. look (Josiah). The winner of this battle was Josiah.
Fast forward part of the show. They go through and show three quick battles. First was Team Blake with Grace and Thomas. Blake picked Grace.
Next up was Team Usher with Jamila and Audrey. Don't know much about this battle because they don't show much. Audrey had a different look that's about all. Audrey wins.
Lastly in the fast forward was Team Shakira with Tawnya and Mark. Not much on this one either. Shakira picks Tawnya.
The finally battle of the night was Caroline and Danielle from Team Blake. This is his young girl pairing. I am really bummed because I like both of these two. They both did great but I am biased. Blake picks Danielle. Although...
Caroline gets stolen. Adam and Usher both want her she goes with Team Adam.
Next week will be the last week of battle rounds. Then the knockout rounds will begin. Tune in and let me know your thoughts.

The Voice Battle Rounds- Episode 1
Battle Rounds started Monday night for The Voice. This is always an exciting part of the show. Two artist paired together by their coach and only one makes it... unless another coach steals them. Each coach only gets two steals.
First up, Team Adam with Amber and Sasha. Two different artist, Amber being country and Sasha being R&B. They sing Try by Pink. They both do a great job but they winner of this battle is Amber.
Although, Usher and Shakira want to steal her. She goes with Team Shakira.
Next up is Team Shakira with Garrett and J'Sun. The boys both did great. I was really impressed with how much Garrett has improved. After a close battle, Shakira went with Garrett.
Next was Team Blake with Holly and Michelle R. They sang Carrie Underwood's Blown Away. They both did amazing but someone has to win. After a tough thought process Blake goes with what he knows... country. Holly wins the battle.
Team Usher is up next with Jess and Taylor. They sing You Know I'm No Good by Amy Winehouse. They both have the right voice for this song and both do a good job with it. Usher picks Jess.
BUT thats not all for Taylor- Blake tricks Usher into thinking the he thinks Jess did better but he then steals Taylor.
Team Blake is next up with the pairing of Christian and The Swon Brothers. This was pretty interesting, they did a Tom Petty song and sounded really great! These three should probably start their own band. In the end the winner of this battle was The Swon Brothers.
Team Adam closes the night out with Karina and Judith. Now Adam is quoted as saying this is the best battle ever in the show. I don't if I would go that far but it was good. Judith wins the battle as no surprise. But Karina get stolen by Shakira using up her last steal for the season.
