The Voice Knockout Round Part 2

Tuesday night was the second half of the knockout round. We saw Team Blake and Team Usher finalize their teams.

Team Blake is up next with Savannah and Justin. Savannah sings "As Long As You Love Me" by Justin Bieber with a country twist. Justin sings "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. Savannah gets props for her creativity but Justin's vocals get the most votes. Blake picks Justin.

Team Usher's Josiah and Jess were up next. Josiah sang "Back to Black" by Amy Winehouse. Jess sings "You Give Me Something" by James Morrison. I really like Jess but I don't think this was her best. Not a fan of Josiah, he uses his "sex appeal" way to much and it's annoying I think. In the end Usher goes with Josiah.

Back to Team Blake with Holly and Luke. Holly sings "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw. Luke sings "Teenage Dream" by Katy Perry... this should be interesting. Pretty good knockout! Holly did great like usual but Luke also did amazing! Didn't see that coming. The judges are split. Blake picks Holly.

Team Usher's Audrey and Michelle are up next. Audrey sang "How to Love" by Lil' Wayne and Michelle sings "Raise Your Glass" by Pink. Sorry I know Audrey was going out on a limb but she may have had the worst moment in the knockout/battle rounds ever that I can remember. Michelle didn't need to do much to win this one (she still did good). Usher picks Michelle.

Team Blake's Danielle and Taylor are next. Danielle sings "Jesus Take the Wheel" by Carrie Underwood. Taylor sings "Russian Roulette" by Rihanna. Danielle does great with her song, Taylor doesn't do bad but she just doesn't seem comfortable. She doesn't look all in. Blake goes with Danielle.

Team Usher's C. Perkins and Vedo are up next. C. Perkins sings "She Ain't You" by Chris Brown and Vedo sings "Every Thing I Do, I Do It For You" by Bryan Adams. Tall order for Vedo singing Bryan Adams. C. Perkins didn't do anything special but Vedo did great. Not saying he is the voice but he best performance so far. Usher picks Vedo.

Team Blake's last knockout is between Grace and Swan Brothers. Grace sings "I Can't Stand the Rain" by Tina Turner and the brothers are singing "Drift Away" by Dobie Gray. Grace is just kind of strange- I feel like she is just doing too much. The boy pick a pretty popular song that gets the crowd involved which I think is smart. Blake picks the Swan Brothers.

Team Usher's last knockout is Cathia and Ryan. Cathia sings "Mr. Know It All" by Kelly Clarkson and Ryan sings "I Don't Wanna Be" by Gavin DeGraw. I have high expectations for Ryan here because I am a huge Gavin DeGraw fan. Cathia surprises everyone with her performance. Ryan doesn't do great and under performs in my opinion. Usher picks Cathia.

Teams are now set. Each coach has 4 artist to take them into the live shows starting next week (Blake has 5 because he has a duo). Tune in for the live shows starting next Monday!
